Responsibility: Strategic direction, institutional development, partnerships, and overall governance.

Mr. Anukul Goswami — Provides overall leadership, strategic vision, and global coordination across all SaTA initiatives.

Dr. Kailash Parekh MBE, JP — Leads community integration, civic partnerships, and societal outreach.

4. Conference & Academic Council

Responsibility: Planning, scientific content, and publication outputs.

Structure:

  • Section Chairs (I–VIII: Foundations → Technology)
  • Scientific Review Committee (peer review, abstracts, papers)
  • Editorial Board (conference proceedings, publications, policy documents)

Functions:

  • Curate plenary sessions and interdisciplinary tracks
  • Integrate cross-sectional dialogue
  • Produce final policy frameworks and published proceedings

Focus: Generating evidence-informed frameworks and influencing systems.

Functions:

  • Develop integrative research models
  • Produce white papers and policy briefs
  • Engage with public health bodies and global institutions

6. Community & Implementation Division

Focus: Bridging theory into practice at community level.

Functions:

  • Develop community-based health and well-being programmes
  • Support integrated care initiatives
